Shipping and delivery

Your purchase will be sent using a reputable courier company and we will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. We will try our very best to secure delivery within 7-10 days of the date of your order however all dates quoted are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. If we are unable to send an item, we will let you know and offer you a full refund. 

Please note we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature. Please make sure you send us a valid delivery address and local telephone number. We cannot be held responsible for items that are undelivered due to incorrect details. 

The purchase price does not include local import taxes, customs duties or delivery clearance charges. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility so please take the time to find out if any extra charges apply before purchasing.  

Returns and Exchanges

We offer one year trade in and exchange policy. 

We want you to be delighted with your rug, so if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To receive a refund, but please email us at team@atlasweavers.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

All delivery costs are non-refundable (we recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returning items easier) and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience using a reliable courier service. 

Once we have received the returned item, we will issue the refund and notify you by email. Refunds will be made against the original payment card and it can take up to ten working days for your account to be credited. 

Please return the rug in its original saleable condition. We warmly suggest that you carefully examine the description of the condition of any piece before purchasing, so that you're fully happy with your purchase when it arrives. Many are vintage pieces with the natural signs of wear and tear that comes with the stories they have to tell. We do reserve the right to refund you less the amount of cleaning or repair, if applicable. In such instances, we shall notify you in writing with the costs and confirmation of the refund amount.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom made rugs. We will make you the second custom and  the third one until you're 100% happy! We are the best in custom made for many years.
