We offer our customers a 1 week return policy and 1 year trading policy for the same price when purchased.
Please keep in mind, we are a small fair trade boutique.
We want you to be delighted with your rug. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us within 1 week of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds on custom made rugs. However, we will remake your rug until you are 100% satisfied. We have been the industry leader in custom made Moroccan rugs since 1993.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3–4 working days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at team@atlasweavers.com and send your item to: 3401 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri 64111, US.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
